DIAVOLA STYLE CHICKEN WITH CRUSHED CHIVES POTATOES 魔鬼鸡

Ingredients 食材:

• 1/2 pc Chicken ( 鸡 )
• 100g Potatoes, Peeled ( 土豆 (剥皮) )
• 10g Chives ( 韭菜 )
• 35g Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( 特级初榨橄榄油 )
• 40g Lemon Juice ( 柠檬汁 )
• 1/2 pc Fresh Chilly ( 鲜辣椒 )
• 2g Dry Chilly ( 干辣椒 )
• Chopped Parsley ( 香菜末 )
• Salt, Pepper ( 盐 胡椒 )
Preparation 做法:
1) Boil the potatoes until soft
 ( 将土豆蒸熟变软 )
2) Mash them with a fork
( 用叉子把土豆捣碎 )
3) Dress with salt, pepper, chives and extra virgin olive oil
( 加入盐,胡椒,韭菜,橄榄油 )
4) Roast the spring chicken in a pan with a little bit of olive oil, garlic and chilly
( 用平底锅放入橄榄油,大蒜,辣椒煎鸡肉 )
5) Bake it and keep it skin-side down
( 将鸡皮贴向盘子那一面,将其烤熟 )
6) Place the mashed potato in a circle on the plate
( 将土豆泥放于盘中摆盘 )
7) Two minutes before it’s readyremove the chilli and the garlic from the chicken
( 两分钟前将准备好的辣椒和大蒜从鸡里取出 )
8) Sprinkle with the sifted lemon juice and the dry chilli
( 撒上柠檬汁和干辣椒 )
9) Remove the chicken and place it on top of the potatoes
( 将鸡放置在土豆上 )
10) Emulsify the sauce with the butter and add the parsley
( 酱汁加入黄油和香菜末 )
11) Present like the picture
