西安欣儒企业咨询有限公司 aka Xi'an Jehnichen Consulting Ltd. is a local business consulting company, founded in 2008 by Marco Jehnichen (Germany).
Our company is focusing on three main services:

• business consulting
• support of daily life for expats in Xi'an
• educational cooperation, access to German schools (universities, vocational education and others) as well as German language teaching services

1) Business Consulting
Our main goal is to intermediate between foreign and Chinese companies and institutions.
We have already carried out the following projects:

• staff recruitment consulting
• internship allocation

2) Support of daily life for expats in Xi'an
To arrive as a foreigner in Xi'an is quite difficult. It is not only the language barrier. Things don't work like we expect them to from our western point of view.
Of course you will have staff in your company, who may help you. But very often they tell you, they know, how to do things and that they have experience, but in the end it turns out, things don't work out as anticipated.
Sometimes there are decisions to make and the typical Chinese way is to decide for you, like they assume, foreigners would decide like. And mostly this isn't what you'd expect.
In addition there might be cases where you don't want your secretary to know every detail of your private issues. So anyway, for whatever reason, we can help you to make your daily life run more smoothly! We combine living experience in Xi'an since spring of 2006 with the knowledge of local staff. Over the years we successfully helped to solve a lot of issues such as:

• visa applications (as a tourist, for studying, internship, working, residence permit etc.)
• Chinese driving license including translation services at the official exam

We always welcome schools to join our pool of educational institutions willing to cooperate in an international educational environment. We especially focus on:

interested in a German partner school.Furthermore we support Chinese students in choosing a suitable German university or language school and in all relevant application procedures.
