We are a young startup of mobile game developer in Xi’an. Our vision is to be the best global edu-game related products and services provider for kids.
Now, we are hiring a game designer(story writer) who will be focusing on Mobile Games and Apps development for kids and Culture Auditing.
Job Descriptions
Responsibilities and Duties:
Analyze the global market of gaming industry for kids and understand customer’s needs and behaviors, conceive the game framework and design the storylines of the games;
Be responsible for developing the directions and main ideas of games, plots, personalities of characters, stories and dialogues, finish the related documents to support the game development;
Work with the game system designers for game designing and adjust the game designs to reach the goal and target of the game systems according to the feedbacks from the players, customers and other stakeholders;
Communicate with game developers and artists, follow up the schedule of projects;
Audit the culture of the products to ensure that the games and apps are compliance with the western customers’ requirements and conventions;
Listen and talk to the customers and understand their needs and requirements, help to continues improve the quality of the products;Qualifications:
English native speaker, capable of communication in Chinese will be a plus;
Majored in writer, movie script writer, news, ads, journalist, editor and kids education and gaming related majors will be a plus;
Be talent of writing, good imagination, active thinker;
Familiar with kids psychology, understanding the popular cultures and languages of kids, having background of profession in K12 education will be a preference;
Be capable of marketing analysis, have depth understanding and insights of the video/mobile games requirements for kids;
Understanding kids, still retain childlike innocence, creative;
Good presentation skill both in oral and writing;
