MILAN STYLE TIRAMISU 米兰提拉米苏

Ingredients 用料:
• 1 Panettone ( 吐司 )
• 250g Mascarpone Cheese ( 马斯卡彭奶酪 )
• 100g White Sugar ( 白糖 )
• 50g Cogna ( 科涅克白兰地 )
Preparation 做法:
1) Whip the eggs with the sugar, add the mascarpone and stir slowly from bottom to top
( 鸡蛋加入沙糖后搅打,加入马斯卡彭奶酪后搅打均匀,注意:请从下往上慢慢搅拌 )
2) Add the cognac and rest the cream in fridge for half hour
( 加入科涅克白兰地,然后将打好的奶酪糊放入冰箱静置 半小时 )
3) Slice the panettone and layer with the cream ( 将准备好的吐司切片涂抹上做好的奶酪糊 )
4) Garnish with cocoa powder ( 撒上可可粉 )
