A perfect organic egg from Qimau Farm in Liquan, slowly cooked in a carbonara foam mixed with shallots and crushed potatoes

1,有机鸡蛋62度低温慢煮2小时备用。
Simmer the organic egg at 62°c for two hours.
2,炒香培根洋葱,加奶油浓缩半小时。
Sautee the bacon and onion, add in the cream carbonara sauce and cook for half an hour.
3,烤熟土豆、加入小干葱、橄榄油拌匀,加入鸡蛋和奶泡、装盘配以紫薯刨片炸成的脆片。
Bake the potato, add in small shallots, mix in olive oil, add in the egg, and purple potato chips and it is now ready to serve
