A perfect organic egg from Qimau Farm in Liquan, slowly cooked in a carbonara foam mixed with shallots and crushed potatoes
有机鸡蛋Organic egg 50g 橄榄油Olive oil 50g
培根Bacon 100g 土豆Potato 150g
洋葱Onion 30g 小干葱Shallot 10g
淡奶油Cream 120g 紫薯Purple sweet potato 20g
Simmer the organic egg at 62°c for two hours.
Sautee the bacon and onion, add in the cream carbonara sauce and cook for half an hour.
Bake the potato, add in small shallots, mix in olive oil, add in the egg, and purple potato chips and it is now ready to serve
