The Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an has announced the official appointment of Mr. Eason Lu (Lu Yunlong) as Executive Chinese Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an with effect from 15th June 2026. Going forward, Chef Eason Lu will take charge of the overall operation of the Chinese kitchen team, lead culinary research and innovation, oversee food quality and safety management, and drive the brand development of Jing Xuan Chinese Restaurant. He will lead the team to deliver premium Cantonese dining experiences for all guests.
