ATLANTIC COD 大西洋鳕鱼

原料:

Cod 鳕鱼 150g                 Red pepper红甜椒 100g
Asparagus芦笋50g             Carrot迷你胡萝卜50g
Arugula 芝麻菜 20g             Garlic大蒜 10g
Butter 黄油20g                 Salt 盐2g
Olive oil 橄榄油 100g            Black pepper 黑胡椒2g
做法:
 Red pepper to baked at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
1 红甜椒以180度烤10分钟。
Red pepper after peeling then put it in olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper into mud.
2红甜椒去皮后加橄榄油,加大蒜,少许盐,黑胡椒打成泥。
Preserved cod fish with salt, pepper, pan-fried it with olive oil to 190 degrees until golden yellow.
3鳕鱼用盐,黑胡椒腌制,用橄榄油190度煎至金黄色。
Cod into the oven baked at 160 degrees for 5 minutes.
4鳕鱼入烤箱160度烤5分钟后取出。
Draw arc on the plate with Red pepper.
5以红甜椒泥划盘。
Now put cod fish and various vegetables on the plate.
6再放鳕鱼及各种小蔬菜。
